Stephen joined HomeLife Commercial in 2019, bringing more than 35 years of Commercial Real Estate experience to the role. Prior to his current position, Stephen was the Technical Skills and Development Coach at Colliers International where he trained new recruits on their commercial real estate skills. Stephen was one of three coaches responsible for training in the award winning Acceleration Program. Before that he served as Senior Asset Manager at Scotiabank and was responsible for maximizing the value of Bank owned properties around the globe. He worked on office, retail, industrial, hotel and land development properties. Stephen also represented the Bank as tenant and negotiated leases across Canada, in 10 major US cities, Jamaica, Puerto Rico, London and Cairo.
